Mindful Meditation & Gentle Yoga
This class flows at a slow-easy pace.
Gentle yoga, with its emphasis on breathing and quiet reflection, allows us to come away feeling flexible in our bodies, relaxed in our minds, calmed in our nervous systems, with a sense of spiritual rejuvenation.
Expect low-impact movement and seated poses with extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and deep relaxation.
Restorative Yoga
For those that wish to unplug and crave deep rest.
A transformative experience where you’ll be guided into supported poses that allow you to sink into complete relaxation and soothe your nervous system. Infused with visualizations, a meditative flow and the healing touch of energy work classes typically include four to six floor poses held passively for several minutes with the help of bolsters, blankets and blocks.
Expect a long savasana at the end with about twenty minutes dedicated to letting the body and mind experience true rest. An optimal setting to calm the nervous system and quell the busy mind. A restful rejuvenating practice.
