ABOUT THE RETREAT
An invitation to reconnect with yourself during this half-day silent retreat. Our day is split into four sessions dedicated to mindful meditation, deep reflection and cultivating self-knowledge.
You may fill your breaks as you wish, with light nutritious meals, enjoying nature, walks. For a fuller experience, you are encouraged to maintain a quiet, soft space, refraining from the use of digital devices.
Sometimes the most important thing in a whole day is the rest we take between two deep breaths.
