As the longest night of the year invites us inward, we gather in quiet celebration of the Winter Solstice — a time to pause, restore, and honor the turning of the seasons. This gentle yoga and meditation practice invites you to lean into the magic of stillness, the wisdom of the dark, and the promise of returning light.
Through slow, nourishing movement, mindful breath, and guided reflection, we’ll open to the natural flow of release and renewal — softening into winter’s embrace and awakening the light within. Rooted in nature’s rhythms and timeless traditions, this class is a heartfelt invitation to reconnect, reflect, and find peace in the pause.
In preparation for our gathering, you’re invited to create a small personal ritual space at home with a few simple items:
🌿 A candle to represent light and hope
💧 A small bowl of water for flow and renewal
🌲 Something from nature (a pinecone, stone, or sprig of evergreen) for grounding
🍵 A cup of herbal tea to sip during our closing meditation
We’ll weave these elements into a gentle Solstice Blessing Ritual to honor the season and your own inner journey.
No experience is needed — simply bring your breath, an open heart, and a cozy space to move and rest.
