I'm so glad you've accepted the invitation to experience life in a more calm and conscious way. Over the next 90 days you'll be immersed in mindful practices designed to support your deep sacred rest, quell your anxiety and stress, reclaim your self-worth and re-boot your vital energy. 

This course includes:

  • Weekly 60 - 90-minute Live webinar group session (Mondays)

  • Weekly Mindfulness prompt and accompanying Meditation (in your inbox Sunday to set the tone for the week ahead)

  • Monthly Restorative Yoga Masterclass (total of 3 sessions)

  • Monthly 45-minute one-on-one accountability & personal program coaching calls (total of 3 sessions)

  • Monthly Masterclass - Meditation Circle, Setting Intentions that Work and Balancing Your Energy (total of 3 sessions)

  • Accompanying workbook for further individual self study, inquiry and healing

Our practice includes various forms of mindful practices - Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Breath work, as well as Meditations and Energy Healing techniques

week one

CONNECTION
An experience in Connection and getting reacquainted with your whole Self. Connecting with your space both externally and internally. Connecting with the physical and energetic aspects of you. An experience in sensing, observing and welcoming yourself to the present moment.

 

week TWO

YIELDING
Practice giving way to body, breathe and energy consciously and allowing yourself to be in the experience. Sink into the five koshas - the five layers of being and experience a fuller sense of your inner dimensions.. These five sheaths are not theoretical constructs, they are real parts of your being that can be felt.

 

week three

SURRENDER
Surrender is the ground source of power. It is the how-to in going with the flow and following the flow of the Universal current. In this space we simply stay present, intuit, trust in ourselves and act. Surrender preconceived notions and outcomes. Surrender and be agile to the present moment.

week four

ALLOWING
What is allowing? What do you think of when you hear allowing? .. And where do you start? We all have our own definitions. The first step of allowing - is acknowledgement. Acknowledging our emotions - all of them, our thoughts and feeling - without judgement, with grace. Give yourself permission - allow yourself to release, to rest, to let go and also to receive. Allow yourself to step beyond what you know and to experience a deeper, truer version of yourself.

week five

LETTING GO
Two simple words, yet it’s not always easy to let go. Come to this with the idea of emptying yourself to find yourself. The idea that it’s okay to let go of the things, to loosen the grip, to put down the mental chatter and allow things to shift in their own time.

Homework

After working through the Mental Chatter Brain Dump exercise (in the video above, and in your companion guide, review your items again and start to prioritize them and strike them out if they are no longer relevant or important to you. Return to this list often to re-evaluate.

ABIDING TO EASE
A grounded body, open heart and clear mind create the optimal environment to be fully present and connected to our truth. This week we give way to everything and move forward on our journey to experience deeper levels of stillness, new found wisdom and true rest.

week EIGHT

 

DEEP LISTENING
This week we allow space to clear our karma - consciously choosing to change the stories repeating in our life - the ones that no longer serve us. With a cleared path ahead we'll elevate to the cosmos for a blue star journey of vision and replenishment.

 

week NINE

 

STILLNESS
When we meditate, we calm our thoughts, we calm our emotions and rest in the quiet so that spirit - the Higher Realms, our Higher Self can speak to us in the stillness. But how do we silence stillness? The key is to create an intention of stillness - to have some intentionality about how we are carrying ourselves in a given moment - to be present and to focus on what is within our control. Hold yourself in the space of compassion and return to the voice in the heart. That will lead you back to silence and stillness. This is the silent voice, no words, simply knowing. The more I listen and follow, the stronger it becomes.

 

week TEN

 

CONSCIOUS CONNECTION
On this 90-day  journey of fostering deep rest, self-care, self-compassion and worthiness, we've been developing a deeper relationship to Self. Listening to our body, our emotions and creating fertile grounds and soft space for more honesty, accountability and vulnerability.  We've expanded self acceptance, tuned into our  emotional intelligence and perhaps gained a clearer understanding of what we need in the form of healthy  boundaries.

You have come so far! And now we embark on embracing this conscious connection to Self, the Universe and all that is. Connecting truly to that infinite wisdom and true essence.

week TWELVE

 

AWAKENED CLARITY
Emotions are an essential part of the human experience. It's that part that we listen to the most, that provides motivation, meaning and largely how our day will unfold. 

It helps to know that there are three parts to an emotional experience centred in different parts of the brain: physical sensations (tightness or tension), an emotion (like grief, or anger) and the thoughts about it (like the story about what happened). 

You have likely experienced some forms of these through your Worthy Woman journey.  Most focus on the emotion and the thoughts that surround it, and don't pay as much attention to its physical expression. But when we pay attention to the physical expression for a sustained period of time, it settles down, and the emotions and thoughts follow. You then have a greater balance of body, mind and heart to guide your understanding and behaviour  - a small slice of awakened clarity.

week THIRTEEN

 

INSPIRED LIVING and being in the flow
You may have experienced a flow state at some point — that sense of fluidity between your body and mind, where you are totally absorbed by and deeply focused on something, beyond the point of distraction. Time feels like it has slowed down. Your senses are heightened. You are completely present - fully aware of the moment,  mindfulness in its full expression, the foundation for Inspired Living. A mind trained to be more present and at ease with itself — calmer, clearer, and content — is more likely to experience the flow state because we have been immersed in non-distraction and focus.

All our practices come together this week with nourishing mindful sessions to awaken our ten bodies, balance our beautiful energy, and integrate with deep rest.
