Take a moment to stand or sit comfortably.
Let your feet connect fully with the earth beneath you.
Imagine soft roots growing from the soles of your feet,moving slowly downward—through floor, soil, and stone—anchoring into the deep, steady heart of the earth.
With each inhale, draw that steady earth energy upwardthrough your legs and spine,filling your body with calm strength.
With each exhale, imagine a gentle sphere of lightforming around you—a luminous field that holds your energy with clarity and ease, allowing in only what nourishes, and releasing what no longer belongs.
Rest here for a few breaths, knowing you are supported, protected, and whole.
